It all started in 1964 when Richard Siemens opened the doors to Siemens Development – specializing in land acquisition, real estate development, sales and marketing, construction, and real-estate management. As a group, Siemens Development has developed and constructed country club communities, high-rise condominiums on the ocean, commercial office buildings, hospital campuses, shopping centers, and life care facilities. In 1975 Siemens Development was established in Boca Raton, Florida. Since then, this family-owned and operated firm has pioneered the development of the area, including high profile projects such as the Polo Club Boca Raton, Gleneagles Country Club, Akoya Boca West, West Boca Medical Center, and Delray Medical Center.
