Jim Spooner
Jim has been a broker in South Florida for more than 30 years. He represents clients in all matters of purchasing, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. As a proactive broker, Jim has a strong command of the real estate industry – from conducting due diligence, preparations for zoning changes, the negotiations of extensive sales and purchase contracts, to carefully reviewing HOA documents.
With decades of experience in Florida, Jim certainly is adept with listing and presenting commercial and residential properties to a vast array of clientele. He studies market trends carefully and proves to be a vital source of real estate investment information for his clients to help them with their buying decisions. After years of hard work and dedication, Jim has established trust and rapport with his clients and prospects through his excellent customer service and negotiation skills. A hard-working broker who understands that honesty and industry knowledge are the keys to success, Jim will execute personalized and strategic marketing campaigns for his buyers and sellers.

Robert Siemens
Rob is a proven leader in both the residential and commercial real estate industry. He began his career working with his family – learning all phases and details of commercial and residential real estate through hands-on experience – focusing on real estate investment, development, management, and brokerage transactions. From analyzing industry trends and identifying unique investment opportunities, to implementing high-impact marketing and public relations campaigns involving celebrities, Rob consistently delivers bottom-line value. Rob continues to build Siemens’ visibility as a strong leader in the south Florida market. Major achievements include the development of three prestigious residential communities in Palm Beach County – the Polo Club Boca Raton, Gleneagles Country Club and Akoya Boca West. Rob led the Marketing teams, resulting in 3 successful communities.
Rebecca Siemens Spooner
With more than 30 years in the business, Rebecca has developed relationships with her buyers and sellers helping them as their needs change over time. From first time buyers to understanding the unique needs of public figures and high-net-worth individuals, Rebecca ensures utmost discretion, as well as white glove services, at every step of the residential sale and purchase process.
Rebecca is hands-on and carefully orchestrates every aspect of her client’s real estate transactions to ensure both buyers and sellers get the most out of their real estate investments. Rebecca has the unique ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors which has resulted in her securing more than a billion dollars of sales in Palm Beach County – $240 million of that in the Akoya Boca West community. She and her family developed Akoya Boca West and Rebecca led the Akoya Sales Team and worked closely with the Architects, Engineers and the General Contractor on the Akoya development. Rebecca also worked closely with buyers on finishes upgrades, and custom designs, coordinating contractors and vendors to ensure the finished product was exactly what her clients wanted and expected.
Rebecca also works with clients and their architects and developers on custom floor plans, including interior design and finishes, to window, plumbing and electrical placement. No detail is left undone.
Mike Spooner
After attending Stetson University, Mike entered the Minor Leagues with the Cincinnati Reds Baseball Organization. He joined the family business – Siemens Group Realty – in 2021. Mike works closely with clients each step of the way, from property searches to negotiations, all the way through the selling and purchasing transactions. He handles comparative market analysis studies, coordinates and leads property showings, walk-throughs and all aspects of the closing process.
Since joining Siemens Group Realty, Mike has brought with him new energy and excitement with his dedication to team building and integrity.
